1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LaunchWall ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.
2. Description of Service
LaunchWall is a SaaS platform that allows users to fetch replies from public X (Twitter) posts, curate them, and generate embeddable tweet carousels for use on third-party websites. The Service provides embed links, iframe code, and React components for displaying curated social proof.
3. User Accounts
You must sign in via Google OAuth to create and save carousels. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You may only use the Service for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the Service to curate or display content that is defamatory, abusive, harassing, or violates any third party's rights. You are solely responsible for the tweets you select and embed. LaunchWall does not verify the accuracy or legality of third-party tweet content.
5. Intellectual Property & Content
Tweet content displayed through the Service remains the property of the original authors and is subject to X's Terms of Service. LaunchWall does not claim ownership over curated tweets. The LaunchWall platform, branding, and code are owned by LaunchWall and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
Certain features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely via Dodo Payments. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. One-time trial purchases are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Cancelling a subscription retains access until the end of the current billing period.
7. Limitation of Liability
LaunchWall is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost revenue or data. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your saved embeds will no longer be accessible. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
